I am a bilingual French and English teacher with experience teaching languages as well as KS1 and KS2. I am a hard-working individual with excellent organizational skills and the drive to always deliver high standards lessons. I always make sure my teaching is up-to-date with the curriculum and the exam board chosen by the school/pupil. This helps me develop a wide range of strategies across the grades and plan for long term progress. I currently work as a supply teacher which helps me have a variety of experience as I cover from EYFS to Secondary schools. I also have recently been working at Camelot Primary school as a PPA teacher KS1 and French teacher across the KS2.
After some previous teaching experience in France as well as the USA, I have entered the PGCE training with Kingston University in 2011. During my placements at Warlingham School and Wallington county grammar school, I have taught French KS3-4 as well as Spanish KS3. I had the great opportunity, in the years that followed, to work closely with pupils with learning difficulties. This helped me learn how to identify their needs, set reachable but progressive targets and eventually better my teaching. I then worked for Laidlaw education teaching pupils from KS2 to KS3 (IGCSE MFL exams) on a one-one basis. My exams pupils had IGCSE results from B to A*.
